This project involved a complete remodel of this customers Condo located in Fashion Island, Newport Beach. Everything in this home is completely custom, uniquely designed and created to the clients personal tastes and specifications.

The remodel started with a full custom shaker style kitchen with glass fronted wall cabinets and soft close drawer bases housing integrated appliances. A 16' island with cabinet storage on the rear and a bookcase at the end was then designed to complete the space in the dining area. A true statement piece for gatherings at the heart of the home.

In addition to this, a custom shoe storage room with 4 sliding glass doors was created to house and organise this customers collection of footwear. Much more than a storage, this was a room of luxury & order to browse and admire the shoes which were to be living in it. To complete this room, a custom library ladder was made to get to the higher places.

The master bathroom and both guest bathrooms were remodelled next, followed by a custom designed laundry room, a bespoke media storage wall and a feature entry bookcase/display cabinet.
