"I have worked with Carl on multiple projects within my newly renovated home. The projects have included a completely new kitchen with cabinets and drawers, a solid walnut island counter, and shelving in my walk-in pantry. The 8’ high solid walnut entry door he built is a work of art!
He built the floating vanities in both the master and guest baths and under counter cabinetry in the butler’s pantry. Carl built a headboard for the master bed, floating side tables, a storage bench at the foot of the bed and also floating shelves in the butler’s pantry. He even made solid wood frames for two paintings that we needed to go with the new architecture.
And then there is the fabulous solid walnut dining room table! The pictures are great, but you really can’t fully appreciate it unless you were to see it in person!
He even built a surround for our air conditioner (required by our HOA). Carl creatively figured out how to provide ventilation to the ac unit with a hinged hydraulic lid and shutter-type side walls. Our ipe wood back deck and sitting wall with a gate are incredible!
The entire process has been seamless, Carl’s attention to detail has been second to none. Everything he has been involved with has been handled with a level of care and precision that satisfied my very particular expectations.
I still have a couple of furniture pieces on the mental drawing board that I fully intend to ask Carl to build.

We absolutely LOVE the custom table Carl made for the nook in our 20’s craftsman kitchen. His craftsmanship is beautiful—like that of a bygone era. Every edge and seam is flawless and even the poly and paint finishes are lovely. The construction is very sturdy and solid. The table actually surpasses my expectations all the way around. Carl was a pleasure to work with too. I had ideas and he improved upon them. After several emails and a phone chat we dialed in what the table design would be. He was friendly and helpful and even got the table delivered to us early! I’m a fan! I highly recommend!
